Our client is seeking to acquire or invest in a US manufacturing company to strategically expand it's presence in America, as well as diversify into new but related markets. They have the funding to finance an acquisition or investment that meets their strategic objectives

The key areas of interest include:

Electro-Optics

Electro-mechanical products

Electronic components / products / systems

Vacuum products

Cryogenic Products

Infrared Technologies

Heat Transfer Products

Defense Technologies

They will consider an investment up to $15 million.
