Marketing Assistant/Coordinator
Integrated Marketing Communications Agency looking for Marketing Assistant/Coordinator.
Work directly with executive management on day to day office and client activities including:

• General office support
• Client projects
• Research (online and offline)
• Proposal and presentation development

Opportunity to learn integrated marketing communications (public relations, experiential, digital, etc.) in a dynamic environment while you gain knowledge and understanding of skill sets across creative, digital, media and production departments.

Requirements
• College Graduate
• 2 to 3 years’ office experience
• Knowledge of MSFT Office and web tools (word, excel, ppt, visio, project, etc.)
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Some understanding of web design and online marketing a plus.
• Some understanding of marketing communications/PR a plus.
• Detail oriented; self-motivated; organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a full time, in-office salaried position with benefits at a dynamic, growing agency.
