TUSTIN, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Association

today announced that its February Forum will be
held on Thursday, February 8 from 5:30-7:30 PM at
the Westin South Coast Plaza Hotel in Costa Mesa,
Calif. The event will address the issues involved
in fishing for a new business model, revolutionizing
the humble fish taco, and entering into an uncharted
market in front of an audience of more than 300
local business professionals.
Featured speakers at the Forum include Ron Goldstein,
CHOICE Administrators’ president, who is a
leading architect in the creation and acceptance
of employee-choice health plans, with a background

Wing Lam, co-founder and vice president of marketing
for Wahoo’s Fish Taco, developed a love for
the sport of surfing at age 14 after his family
immigrated in 1975 to Newport Beach, Calif., from
Brazil. Then, inspired by their surfing vacations
in Mexico, Lam and his brothers, Ed and Mingo Lee,
opened Wahoo’s in 1988. Now the trio is busy
growing their 43-unit chain, but it doesn’t
keep Lam from catching some waves.
The event’s moderator is Ardelle St. George,
