Professional Background:
Gregg currently is a consultant while
continuing to work on a startup venture
of a web-based real estate software
product for the real estate and mortgage
industries. For over 20 years, he has
applied his creative and resourceful
energies to a variety of business settings.
He has lead organizations both large
and small, with energy and vision to
champion organizations to progressive,
forward thinking business practices;
capable orchestrating efforts that form
and shape business from organizational
assessments, technology evaluations,
to tactical and strategic planning.
Gregg has successfully directed the
development of many product solutions.
He is effective in both management and
technical arenas worked in numerous
industries, especially focusing on business
development and turnaround situations.
He often participates in public forums
and has presented his RIT lecture series,
focused on education to close the gap
between management perceptions and technology
to audiences of professionals including
many at the U of C schools, USC and
Claremont Universities.
Other Areas of Expertise:
Have experience in continuous flow processing
as a plant engineer that has implemented
proprietary process control systems;
directed manufacturing and systems management.
For others, have done strategy implementation
and worked as CIO in various settings
from general business to a high technology
firm in Silicon Valley; have fixed broken
IT operations and business practices;
establishes sound best practices that
created business metrics capable of
guiding the business both short term
and long term; reduced the reliance
on single points of failure and created
an organization capable of maximizing
their potential while making the hard
work enjoyable and gratifying.
