Michelle
Hodges is a partner in the Orange County
office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher
and a member of the firm's Corporate
Transactions Practice Group. Ms. Hodges'
practice includes representation of
public and private companies in mergers
and acquisitions, public equity and
debt offerings, and private financings.
Ms. Hodges also advises clients with
respect to general corporate matters,
including corporate governance and securities
law advice.
Ms. Hodges earned her law degree and
Master of Business Administration in
1996 from the University of California,
Los Angeles. She earned a bachelor of
Horticultural Science degree with honors
from Massey University, New Zealand
in 1981.
