Darleen Armour is a principal in the
firm of Cronkite & Kissell. She
joined Cronkite & Kissell in October
2001 after 14 years as a valuation
professional at the national investment
banking and financial advisory firm,
Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin.
She has vast valuation experience
across all industries and has specialized
experience in the valuation of intangible
assets. She has provided valuation
and financial opinions to both public
and private companies for a diverse
range of purposes including financial
and tax reporting, ESOP’s, IPO
advisory, fairness and solvency, litigation
support and M&A advisory.
