Private Equity Night

The Orange County Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth [ACG OC] will host the Private Equity Marketplace in January 2012.  It's our 10th Anniversary year for this marquee event and we're holding it at the exclusive and ultimate luxury resort, The St. Regis in Monarch Beach, California.

We anticipate having more than 500 attendees from Business Owners, CEO's, CFO's, Private Equity Firms, Investment Bankers, Intermediaries to the "Who's Who" of M&A in Southern California.

As in previous years, Private Equity Marketplace is a "Trade Show" style format designed for maximum efficiency networking. The participating private equity groups display brochures, deal announcements, tombstones, summaries of investment criteria --- whatever collateral conveys the investment strategy and the types of transactions the group is targeting. ACG OC produces an event program including a one page bio for each firm. As an added interest, participants serve select premium wines at their table which has been a big draw in attracting attendees to their respective exhibition tables.
